      It's truly a good product.

      Incompetent leadership, lack of any type of structure or process, poor pay and even worse benefits, lack of trust and empathy for employees.

      They make you work long hours with no extra compensation The manager listen to people who act like they own bubs and fire people based on solely that No work life balance Compensation is low compare to workload Management is clueless about how things work There is no diversity
