Pros
Perhape when you first arrive everything seems great. CEO seems friendly and humble.
Cons
Then, personality disorders seem to surface at the top. the honey moon phase ends quickly. Guess boarderline or bi polar in a few of them. In my opinion, management paid unhealthy amounts of time and attention to the young staff. Caught on to talking about one of the young men, was enough to look elsewhere.
Several staff also spoke poorly of women and seemed to have an extreme degree of prejudice towards the opposite gender. The seemed bonded over it. Not jokes, but pure seething contempt is how I describe it.
The worst thing as hear say goes, some issue they had years ago almost closed the business, may have actually been caused by the very same person they allowed to come in and run it. Meticulously planned. Broke the poor guy who used to run it. If that is true, you probably won't make an honest living there.
The biggest con... Dental paid 15 dollars towards a filling. So its pretty much dental "insurance" that doesnt even seem to match the layout they have reasons all lined up not to pay.
Medical was terrible, costed less to go to rite aid clinic or amazon doctor.
Prescriptions were ok.
