Pros
Good technology and up to date as per the current tools used. People are good and admit all the horrific things senior management is doing.
Cons
Not a good company, they have no promotion policies, no hikes, and will cut salaries whenever they want. There best retention policy is that they do not accept resignations. There are no written rules anywhere, whatever anyone says you have to agree. They make changes in employment terms without even giving any written notice. Your employment letter may not be valid at all after 6 months. Upon enquiry they will say that rules have been changed and none are valid now. They don't have answer for anything no common policy exists. Whatever they want to say they'll say that day and retract from their statement the very next day.
