Not difficult. Enjoyable to talk to customers.
Cons
Constant turnover, less than stellar managers, overnight employees never show up and you have to stay all night if they don't. Management heavily relies on you to break your back for 11 or 13 dollars an hour when you can sit at a desk and make way more than that.
