      Some employees working there are really nice.

      I experienced mobbing and it was unsanctioned. Toxic and competitive atmosphere prevails. Unprofessional C level performance

We have always taken a very strict view regarding bullying or mobbing of any form and have strict legal and internal policies in place to protect everyone. Unfortunately, we have not yet received any official complaint or heard of this through our regular review process with every employee, so we urge you to report this to the HR department who will investigate it immediately.       Pros

      Buckhill have an outstanding platform that provides core platform functionality to Insurance companies and the InsurTech industry. Its a fast paced environment with lots of moving parts, but it provides challenges and opportunities for the staff to operate in. Management structure has evolved recently with new people coming in providing advice and support and changing things for the better Love the diverse teams and global spread. Have virtually met some really interesting people, I am pleased to call friends. Cant wait to actually meet them in person

      Its a fast paced environment! Not for the faint hearted, but if you work well in a challenging environment you will thrive here.
