I worked for Bucksense and can say the opportunities to learn and grow professionally depend on your results, if you are a valid employee, you have many opportunities to grow and stay in the company. The flexibility allows you to have a balance with your personal life and the salary and benefits according to your experience and achievements can be competitive.
Cons
I read some reviews of ex employees and can see most of them are negative mostly because those ex employees were affected by the fact of being in charge of that head. The head is not more at the company. Communication between US can improve.
