I love how the PA and doctors are work with or worked for are willing treat non-physicians with respect. Everyone in the hospital really care about the patients and its a great environment to work for

Wish there was more diversity but overall everyone is nice and supportive

Some coworkers are awesome and really understand and make you feel like family. Pay was decent.

Lot of micromanaging. Unrealistic deadlines. Strict policies on everything with barely any flexibility.
