Pros
It's a free environment, if you work hard and learn quick you can easily move up the ladder, pay is enough to pay the bills and not a bad gig for the pay overall you can make a career for yourself here
Cons
Down side is management at particular branches, they pick very lazy people to be ASM or managers and half of them are under qualified (besides my manager) been at 2 branches and I can say that about the first branch I was at, turn over rate is extreme so it is a lot of hard and extra work at times
