Pros
Decent benefits, not as good as the CEO hypes them up to be though, I had better at Walmart, actually. Cheaper too. Pay is decent, but it should be considering the toll this job will take on your body if you are in a high volume area. No manager breathing down your neck every day.
Cons
It’s a trial by fire when you get hired. They’ll make promises to you and won’t deliver. Tell you that you do a good job and won’t treat you accordingly. They don’t care about you here. Unless you’re part of the “good ole boy” crowd. You’ll never go anywhere with the company otherwise. You’re just a number, especially to Jimmy Lee. It’s probably gonna get worse too once he hands the company over to his grandson.
