Nice & soft job that wouldn’t require much experience

It can get a bit rushy at times

loved working with the guests and making conversation

the training process is one of the worsts a company could have, they have you training for 9 (or more) days basically just working as a server assistant with no tip out. The people training you have no idea what they are doing and don't follow company standards, which sets you up for failure when it's time to do a mock service for the manager. They then decide after the 9 days of training if they want to keep you as an employee absolutely wasting your time in the process.
