Pros

The servers are nice always and management is nice sometimes.

Cons

I have been a server before and I was able to remember menu items and work effectively after 5 days! After my first day of training they told me they had a new menu coming in and it basically doubled in size. People come in with coupons and blazen rewards deals all the time, and the establishment has daily deals which cut the total cost in half leaving you with all effort and no tips. The kitchen makes constant mistakes and tickets are thrown away leaving customers and management impatient, and further impacting your tips. The training was not sufficient with their large POS system, large new menu, and they do not train on expo leaving you to figure things out for yourself. I made $9/hr after an 11 hour shift with my feet hurting and needing days to recover. I do not recommend wasting your time with this job when you can make more money elsewhere with less confusion.

Pros

loved working with the guests and making conversation

Cons

the training process is one of the worsts a company could have, they have you training for 9 (or more) days basically just working as a server assistant with no tip out. The people training you have no idea what they are doing and don't follow company standards, which sets you up for failure when it's time to do a mock service for the manager. They then decide after the 9 days of training if they want to keep you as an employee absolutely wasting your time in the process.
