      Pros

      - Some really talented people to work with - Great perks & 4 day work week - Back in the day, the culture was good. (however things have changed since then)

      Cons

      - Sooo many internal politics. - Being fired for using the perks offered. - Little to no career growth- you cap out at a certain point. I’d recommend staying 1-2 years and moving on.

      Lots of freedom and trust. Positive environment. Strong culture. CEO cares about doing the right thing.
