Sharing your pain with other abused managers.

Cons

Second worst company I worked for. Does not warrant being called a business, joke would be more appropriate. Under staffing to the point of being illegal. Holding local managers accountable for their own foolish mistakes.

There are few late nights.

Cons

The buffet industry is slowly dying. Raw food costs are too high to profitably run an all-you-can eat buffet. Management from A D on up to the top are so scared of losing their jobs that they will not support store management on important issues. There is an active campaign to reduce overall salary compensation. There is no "inclusion." Everything comes from the top down. Food quality on food bars has diminished over the years due to the purchase of the cheapest product available. Continued reduction of the few benefits the employees have. Do you really want to work for a company that has gone into bankruptcy twice while the CEO gets huge bonuses for "guiding" the company through bankruptcy even though he "guided" the company INTO bankruptcy. Store managers, in dozens and dozens of locations run a manager or two short and there is no focused effort to fill those positions when each management position not filled saves the company fifty grand or so in salary and benefits.
