Cons
Nobody knows what's going on. They have spent over two years saying they are changing systems, only to have it not live up to expectations. Worked under 4 managers in 2 years. Nobody has any answers to important questions, and you have to constantly follow up with people in hopes of getting an answer. They also make lots of promises, then fail to come close to fulfilling them, and have 0 growth potential unless you want to spend 5 years in one spot with 3% or less raises yearly.
