      Work Flexibility. Remote Working and good tools.

      CCO (Americas) Spends more time on her personal branding than on Bugaboo. Claims to be the CCO of all the company when she only represents the US and Canadian Market. No strategy in place and does not have a financial or operational acumen.

      Internal Communications are Different than External. Management Does not communicate if something is not going well. Management dedicates more time to Social Media than to run the company.
