      Understanding MD. Open door policy where u can approach him no matter in what circumstances

      Cons

      Unprofessional HR. No HR experience. Backbiting other staff in front of others. No P&C policy. If she is unhappy with u ,be prepared for the whole office to find out. Micro manage.
