Pros

They have high aspirations. Projects are challenging and people are good to work with for the most part. They empower their employees and hold them accountable.

Cons

High aspirations, low integrity. High turnover. The company operates very lean, doesn't invest in resources for the employees and don't invest in their employees. Projects are bid lean, understaffed which leads to lack of quality and a poor reputation with owners.

Pros

Title says it all. The culture is good, relaxed and not very corporate. I personally like this about the company but I know it’s not for everyone. Hard work is highly rewarded and generally speaking the company really cares about its people. It’s small enough where you can grow and actually climb the ladder and it’s also large enough where you can get a lot of different opportunities across different departments and locations. The C suite is incredibly accessible and casual.

Cons

As some have said here - with the relaxed semi casual environment comes some politics and lobbying.

Pros

It's a good company to start construction journey and experience

Cons

Does not seem to have a system applied. Every job has different management processes.
