Pros
Ability to expand outside of job description and try new things. Never worked more than 42 hours a week.
Cons
Huge structural problems: leadership is done remotely and is very traditional. Does not work well for a startup. It stifles company culture, mission/values, and ability to pivot. Leadership seems to not care about employees.
