Builder customers and home owners. Being pushed to grow in my job as products change and the company grew. Being able to talk with employees at all levels, on a first name basis. Overtime often available in some departments. Our call center was the heartbeat for service and logistic needs. Talented team able to think and problem solves everyday that come with the home building industry.

Some times it is hard to find enough workers. The weather! Makes it hard to get everything done. Teamwork helped us take care of our customers.
