IT Organization - IT Manager Builders FirstSource Employee Review

Very immature organization in spite of being Fortune 500 company. Builders FirstSource is the most politically charged environment I've ever worked in. Bias and preferential treatment towards certain employees rivals the most severe cases of nepotism. The senior leaders in the IT organization, as well as other business unit leaders ( including within HR), completely lack ethics. If you seek a professional environment, BFS is definitely not the right choice.
