The opportunity for growth with Builders Mutual is incredible with all of its various Departments which is Claims, Finance, IT (Information Technology) Premium Accounting, Risk Management, Sales and Underwriting just to name a few. Also, Builders promotes from within its organization to give each and every employee the opportunity to advance beyond their expectations.
