Pros
Building Blocks has a strong collaborative culture. In the short time I've been with the agency I've felt welcomed and appreciated by the leadership and the teams wiht which I interact on a daily basis. The projects are very interesting, and the clients are diverse and dynamic. It's an exciting place to work.
Cons
Like any smaller company you have to take initiative to get things done, and make your mark.
