Like many small organizations, managing workload and roles/responsibilities requires adaptability by staff and management.

While enrolled in the Digital Marketing Certificate Program at The New School, I was fortunate to be employed full time in this Marketing Internship with BER. Under. the tutelage of the Vice President Sandy Gallo, I gained invaluable experience in social media marketing.

None, I left a month early due to an employment opportunity elsewhere, so I regret not having the full 6 months of training that this Internship was scheduled for.
