They are a smaller outfit compared to some of the big players so you will be dealing with the worst of the worst clients, contractors, etc. on occasion.

-A good variety of jobs -Learn a lot because you do double hours -Good banter -A beer fridge to make up for your lack of pay -Meals are paid for if doing overtime so you can at least eat all the times your missing out on time spent with family/friends when working till 1am -Make friends through the traumatic experience of working together

-70 hour weeks are common -QA is terrible as jobs are always rushed -50% staff turnover in a year due to conditions -No overtime -No time in lieu -Work ANZAC day -Very non professional environment -Constant lack of hygiene in bathrooms -Very low salary -No training -Equipment is extremely sub par -Processes are non industry standard
