Pros

Overall I love my team, and my managers. Everyone has each other’s backs, and truly cares about helping one another.

Cons

Where do I start. If you are an experienced Account Manager looking to work for this company do not do it. I feel like I have been tricked. You will constantly be putting out fires, you have very little control over your commission as you are not only managing existing accounts, but you will be managing cleaning technicians as well. You will find yourself running all over trying to keep current customers from cancelling, cleaning up mistakes made by cleaning technicians… and there is no let up. It is a constant stream of negativity. You will find yourself glued to your work phone, and losing your work life balance. You can’t even take a day off with out a ton of things piling up, thus causing dread about coming back to work. Anytime you bring up concerns to the corporate office, they regurgitate a generic corporate answer and don’t actually listen to what is going on in your market. This company also doesn’t keep up with economic changes and inflation, so the base salary ends up being very low, and they refuse to budge on paying a livable wage. There is a huge turn over rate for a reason.

Pros

Career development through many trials and situations.

Cons

The situations are avoidable, people are definitely treated as a means to an end. Expectations for resources given don’t match. Pay structure lacks incentive. The easiest path is usually the one chosen, not the right one. Upper Management will do their best to leverage both employees and franchise owners. I highly recommend keeping your autonomy or ability to be autonomous. Remember what you see management do to franchise owners, it will be done to direct staff. Companies and individuals are habitual. Progress for an individual can be seen as a detriment to the company. Rating systems like these or google are often spoofed through internal initiatives or cherry picking customers( I mean I get it). Know that the combined review scores are not completely reflective to some degree. I have been a direct part of it in the past.
