Pros

Good opportunity for fresher to learn new technologies. No dressing code at all.

Cons

The work pressure is high. you have to work on weekends also based on your project requirement. Sometimes in weekdays also you have to stay late night. Forget about work-life balance. You will not get paid for overtime. No flexible timings here. No compensation at all. Even canteen rates also so much high. Don't expect for any good appraisal also.

Pros

I've been at raw engineering for over 2 years and can honestly say I've loved every day here. The team really challenges you to give your best and it's something I've loved. If you're hungry to take on new projects and responsibilities, the management team will work with you to help you grow while supporting you along the way. The team supports hard workers who want to make a difference and will take great steps to empower you to both learn and succeed. The team has a great PTO policy and an incredible office community. We have awesome team events and really enjoy spending time together, both in the office and out. For example, today our day started with a team outing to watch the US-Germany World Cup match at 9am!

Cons

To succeed at raw engineering, you're expected to work hard. This isn't a company where you can plan to come in, work your shift, and then bounce. Personally, I see this as a positive aspect of our culture.
