Worst company I’ve ever worked for - Anonymous employee Bukaty Employee Review

I don’t even know where to start. I’m only giving one star because Glassdoor requires it. This company is the definition of micromanaging. I’ve never seen a management team so worried about what people wear or have at their desk. Do you have nothing better to do with your time?? At one point, the owner’s sister pulled all admin staff into a meeting so she could physically show us what shoes were acceptable in the workplace vs. not acceptable. Hi, it’s me...the adult you hired to work for you. I know the difference between opened toed shoes and close toed. I also read your handbook. I don’t need to be pulled into an all staff meeting to be shown the difference...I have work to do. Can’t have food or drink at your desk, unless the cup has a lid. Guess they want to ensure those Windows 3.0 systems last long enough to serve the next generation of employees. PTO was Jon existent. Unless your a sales rep, and a good one, you are basically treated like the the scum of the earth.
