Not what I expected - Software Engineer Bulb Employee Review

Thanks for taking the time to feed back to us. We’ve developed a plan with actions aimed at improving how we all work at Bulb now we’re operating at a much bigger scale. That plan addresses many of your concerns including developing our career progression framework and working on our internal communications so it’s clearer to more people how decisions are being made. We really want our team members to enjoy their time with us at Bulb so we’re putting in place new ways for everyone to provide managers and leaders with feedback so we can feed that into our plan.
