Pros
This was such an amazing company that enjoys providing fine dining but also having a fun time in a casual setting. Personally the Winter Park location I was employeed at had the BEST General Manager and made it easy to have fun at work. The food is amazing and easy to sell, the drinks are delicous, and the staff treats you like family. As a server you make very well but it varies dramatically from 50-400$ a night.
Cons
This is a new corprate resturant and it takes time to develope the proper rules and functions. so the only con is there are always crazy changes in company pollicies due to a newly growing company. For example taking employee discounts away and adding new discounts and downsizing employee menu , etc just always changing sometimes bad sometimes good
