I am currently not happy with where the company is going, quite frankly, but management is sure this is the way to go.
This company has a PTO (paid time off) bank - in one year, you're supposed to get 14 days plus federal holidays. There's no distinction between sick days and vacation, so you have to constantly watch your PTO balance.
The 401k stinks - no matching from the company.
They tend to work you to the bone, though they are understanding of family emergencies and sickness.
