Pros
From upper management, to my management, and my team, I feel wholly supported. I have worked in a highly toxic environment so I understand the difference. On paper I was likely not the ideal candidate, but they took a chance and have invested time and energy into helping me learn and adapt. I work from home for the first time, which was more of an adjustment that I anticipated. My amazing manager has mentored me from day one with the utmost professionalism and understanding, and without micromanaging. I love starting work everyday and often work late out of that love (NOT because its expected or needed). There is wonderful work-life balance and the company is incredibly open to suggestions and constant evolvement. I also get to work with people from all over the world which brings me great joy. I believe I will be at this company for decades and truly look forward to the ride.
Cons
Bulletproof is growing rapidly and therefore experiencing some growing pains. There are processes that need to adapt to their global structure rather than remain regional solutions. They need to find ways to cultivate attention around their strengths to attract more talent. What sets them apart is their self-awareness and their desire to confront these issues head on.
