Pros
The creative director is genuinely supportive, but overloaded. The case studies and company portfolio have its limitations for the business to grow.
Cons
They say staff come first, however you're only really appreciated if you're close with the management. They will paint a beautiful picture for you to join but beware the colourful stories the senior management give you. Limited resource across the teams means you always work late. Culture and values are great if you can live up to them, I've never seen a company hire and fire so fast at all levels.
