Pros

Relaxed place with lots of time to waste doing personal stuff or get really bored.

Cons

Very low expertise on behalf of the employees, very low quality of work, come to BullGuard if you just need money and can count to ten and wish to forget how to count. Almost no desire for innovation, if something works, milk it until you go bankrupt (the company almost did go bankrupt). People here come to work just for the money, no one really cares about anything and are too lazy to even spell correctly in emails and briefs. No one know what to do and what they want. Every task is painstakingly slow and full of workarounds.

Pros

The HR department seems to do a decent job so far. From what i saw if you kiss the right bottom at the right moment you will maybe get to travel abroad on the company's money.

Cons

If you are mediocre at what you do or unprofessional or you just like to bully your colleagues without being punished or you are all these three combined this is the place for you, you will receive a decent pay, a pat on the back and even a bonus from time to time, the sky is the limit. Unfortunately these are not isolated cases, bullying maybe, but being mediocre and unprofessional is the way to go at Bullguard. There still are a few good people left there but they are being marginalized, some of them even serve as escape goats for others' failure. How is this possible? Hard to say...The top level management doesn't seem to care much for anything other than the revenue which is not doing very well of course. It's a vicious cycle. Or they probably understand that things are so rotten by now that they will probably have to fire 90% of the company in order to fix things. The company main office in Bucharest feels like you are in a call center and the location is just awful. If you are good at what you do avoid Bullguard, life is too short :)
