Pros
Divide a large number of employee into smaller team that have responsible for certain technology field and client. Easier to maintain project flow because of each team lead already know the development process and how their team member taking care of it.
Cons
Need more improvement in communication between Sydney office and Bali office on any project development to minimize any misunderstanding in project specs and deiverables.
