Family owned and oriented, Pay on performance, heavy focus on customer service and retention. Huge opportunities for growth. I’ve loved being able to control my own paycheck and see my efforts rewarded. The more I put in the more I’ve gotten out consistently

Honestly it’s honest work, in the summer the hours can be long. It’s out in the sun and the heat. I wish they had some type of 401k matching
