Pros

- Remote working supported - Good benefits

Cons

-The concerns shared by many former employees on Glassdoor are accurate. -The company has lost a lot of strong talent, whether pushed out, made redundant, or choosing to leave the ongoing chaos. People frequently disappear with no communication and it leaves a very sour experience for everyone. -Leadership is not focused on building a healthy culture and does not act on any employee feedback in any genuine or authentic way. -Promotions often go to people without the right experience or leadership skills, and performance issues are inconsistently managed. - The company’s quarterly focus areas are frequently packaged as something groundbreaking, when it’s really the bare minimum many other companies already operate at. - Innovation can’t grow when people feel they have to stay quiet or conform, and there is a clear culture of fear within some teams. - Blame is often placed on employees rather than addressing the underlying issues of constant instability and poor decision-making at the Leadership level. If you’re considering joining, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Pros

- Managers lead conversations with "What are your blockers - how can I help you?" - Mgmt trusts you can do your job (no micro managing) - Senior leadership is authentically positive - Teams celebrate all wins - big or small - in a way that boosts confidence, morale, and camaraderie - Work/life flexibility. Hybrid work style but if you can't make it to the office or you have to leave early, no one thinks twice. No card swipe counting - Great autonomy / trust = feeling of empowerment to do my job and the desire to do it well

Cons

- Contractors have very limited access to tools, communications and resources - All-company communications could be more cohesive
