This place is easily the best place I have ever worked. Pay is good. It's fun, the staff is awesome

Hours can be on the low side. But the pay makes up for it.

Free coffee, Good coffee, LGBTQ Friendly and not much else unfortunately.

-Low pay and low tip (8~9 dollars an hour or 10 for management) -zero practical management (no one knows their job position and more is always asked of you because management is one drunk woman and two elderly people) -No benefits, PTO, raises or bonuses ever. Period. -Toxic environment due to no accountability and high turnover. -Owners never take any advice or criticism at all and if they do they treat you like you're subhuman. -scheduling is done by said alcoholic woman (owner's daughter) and is always out late and barely in time for new week. -and much more but I felt these were most important.
