Local staff really arrogant, and rude to staff. Zero support to employees, miles away from "healthy work culture"

The culture is warm and welcoming. The recruitment and onboarding process was smooth and professional. The facilities are top notch and there is a breakout room that all staff can utilise which have games and a pool table, and the staff benefits are fantastic! Benefits include discounted home builds, competitive mortgage rates, novated car lease, EAP, salary sacrifice, discounted retail products and so much MORE!

Nothing really at this stage. If I had to say anything, where I sit in the office can get cold at times due to the aircon.
