Burberry really seems to care about the wellbeing of staff, along with the standard 38 days paid leave per year, there is an additional discretionary award of 5 additional days holiday after 10 years service, they also give an extra 2-3 days at christmas (though this isnt a given, subject to business requirements each year) and 3-4 "wellbeing" days per year which are just additional holidays
Cons
Despits my site being a production environment (a yorkshire mill), they run the place as though its a corporate office in london, and theyre REALLY OTT about DE&I, guilting everyone into doing many many courses highlighting allyship and prejudice
