Sales Assistant - Sales Associate Burberry Employee Review

The management have no clue what they are doing, very arrogant don't listen and they don't inspired nobody, they are very very very patronising, they talk to you like you are 5 years old, staff opinion doesn't count for nothing and don't you dare question any management or senior staff decision or you'll get put in a room and get question why are you having an attitude.I witnessed the management arranging how to make my colleague quit and the funny thing was when I was back from holidays my colleague was suspended for gross misconduct and then dismissed.I could be here writing an book about it.
