Racist manager who allows racist behaviour. Racism was reported to HR but they ignored it despite lots of evidence. Long and unsociable hours. No career progression unless your face fits or if someone leaves. Lack of support during festive season. Despite the good salary and package it really isn't worth working with people who openly share their racist views and treat those from ethnic minorities differently.
