      Pros

      Burberry is really a people driven company. I enjoy working at its family-like environment and you can really develop a career path with the company. Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      When a store with too many associates, it brought that hunger for fighting over customers. But this do happen at all retailers.

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
