Pros
I don't know if there is any to be honest
Cons
-VP Leadership: The VP is extremely disorganized and operates as a micromanager, obsessively focused on controlling employees. This creates a chaotic work environment that undermines productivity and trust. -Work-from-Home Policy: Working from home is prohibited in this department because the VP has removed the option entirely :) -Employees are required to work exclusively from the office and must be present whenever the VP is in the office. Meanwhile, the rest of the company is allowed to work from home three days a week. -The department is treated differently, with employees expected to work nonstop without any raises or promotions. -Hard work and exceptional performance go unacknowledged, with no appreciation—only constant criticism and a continued loss of autonomy. -Director of Operations: The Director of Operations is narcissistic and frequently disrespectful to employees. Her bullying behavior not only makes her team miserable but also affects the product development teams. She spreads false information, and her continued presence at the company is puzzling. -NO Promotions! -Low Pay: Salaries are below market standards. -Long Hours: Employees are expected to work very late. -Daniel Lee is an unorganized designer who works very late hours. Employees are not allowed to enter or be in the same room with him. While he presents himself as brilliant, working within the company exposes his lack of talent and frequent errors.
