Meanwhile, the rest of the company is allowed to work from home three days a week. -The department is treated differently, with employees expected to work nonstop without any raises or promotions. -Hard work and exceptional performance go unacknowledged, with no appreciation—only constant criticism and a continued loss of autonomy. -Director of Operations: The Director of Operations is narcissistic and frequently disrespectful to employees. Her bullying behavior not only makes her team miserable but also affects the product development teams. She spreads false information, and her continued presence at the company is puzzling. -NO Promotions! -Low Pay: Salaries are below market standards. -Long Hours: Employees are expected to work very late. -Daniel Lee is an unorganized designer who works very late hours. Employees are not allowed to enter or be in the same room with him. While he presents himself as brilliant, working within the company exposes his lack of talent and frequent errors.
