      - Lovely people to work with, overall a nice atmosphere - Heritage brand with interesting projects to work on

      Cons

      - If you're looking for a career path - Burberry is not the place for you - No progression and a lack of talent retention - Lots of internal politics, causes confusion and no accountability - Long convoluted sign off process and a lot of gatekeeping

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
