The company structure could use some work. The company used to care more about their employees, but now any employee is just a replaceable dollar figure. They have no problem giving you more workload when you’re already extremely busy because they do not want to hire more employees, especially if you are a food worker. There is no moving up into a higher position unless you are part of the Burch family. There is a lot of internal workplace drama and other departments make you feel like you don’t belong.
