Pros

At restaurant manager level you make your own rota so you can schedule around your personal life.

Cons

Too micromanaged at all levels, teaches you to become a micromanager. Salary does not reflect workload, crew members are pushed more and more and not treated as an asset. Most people are unhappy at the company at restaurant level, the reviews for the your say survey is a KPI which effects bonus therefore is not a true reflection of each store.

Pros

Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

Cons

Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
