      Pros

      Great products! Whopper is our winner. Capitalize on that. Put more of your focus on that main product. Menu should be simple. (Ex, In n out) Why do people want to wait in line for 15 minutes for a burger?

      Cons

      Bad relationship between corporate and franchisees. No consistency among restaurants concerning menu. Corporate needs better marketing. Avoid playing catchup to Mc Donalds and copycating products to grab small market share.

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
