Pros
Not much only i found very good friends from my night team.
Cons
They do not respect there employees. Do whatever , give more than 100% they never gonna appreciate. Never understand others feelings and problem, even sometime you call in sick they gonna start questioning you and start yelling and force you to come or ask to find replacement . Do not know why but they never like night shift's crew member though night shifts are much harder than others.
