      Solid check. They will make a payment for the labor of time on the clock to various agencies: F.I.C.A., S.S.I., State and submit, timely your W-2 for Tax Season. You recieve a Hat, Shirt & NameTag. You will watch 12 hours of nothing but videos.

      Cons

      Franchise owners lack ability to make actual factual stable understandings about the needs of their stores they in fact own. Their equipment they purchased causes labor to rise for malfunction &safety

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
