Pros

- Flexible work hours - No high expectations - 1/2 off on food (but you'll just gain weight) - Lots of standing around if you're into gossiping and that sort of thing - Best to work night shifts when customers/employees are more laid back

Cons

- Hard to move up the ladder - Hard to get raises (even after 2 years I wasn't even reviewed) - Very little communication between managers and crew members - Training videos don't help at all - Food is commonly stolen from store and there is very little that is done about it - Lots of sitting around and talking - Managers are lazy and other employees are just there to make up for it - Possibility of getting called in at a moments notice and then punished if unable to come in when not scheduled - Managers delegate jobs like "drawer counting" (counting all the money) to lower crew members when the managers should be the ones counting the money - People are fired/quit so often that there are never the same people working for more than one or two months - Very demanding and stressful - Very rarely complimented on good performance

Pros

- Pretty chill job, could get pretty stressful when it’s rush hour but with a good team you should be fine. -

Cons

Depending on your area, the customers may not be as friendly and patient.
